The Yard So what makes us different? We make our traditional recipe dough on site, we don’t order in frozen balls from a distant factory. We use lower calorie fresh milk mozzarella, not a dried milk mozzarella, cheddar mix. We use San Marzano heritage tomato sauce, it’s a lot more expensive than the basic type but we don’t need to add lots of salt and sugar. We don’t add preservatives. We roast fresh vegetables, hand cut imported Italian salamis for our toppings and we only use extra virgin olive oil.
