မပည်ခောင်စုလွှတ်ခတာ်သည် ဤဥပခေကို မပဋ္ဌာန်းလိုက်သည်။ ၁။
ဤဥပခေကို မြန်ြာနိုင်ငံတံဆိပ်ခေါင်းအက်ဥပခေကိုမပင်ဆင်သည့်ဥပခေ (၂၀၁၇) ဟု ခေါ်တွင်
ခစရြည်။ ၂။
မြန်ြာနိုင်ငံတဆ ံ ိပ်ခေါင်းအက်ဥပခေ ပုေ်ြ ၃-က တွင် (က) ပုေ်ြေွဲ (၁) ကို ခအာက်ပါအတိုင်း အစားေိုးရြည်“(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in any other laws except the Nay Pyi Taw Development Law, in the case of instruments (conveyance, gift and mortgage-deed) affecting immovable property situated wheresoever in the whole of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, proper stamp duties charged by Articles 23, 33 and 40 (a) respectively of Schedule I annexed to this Act shall be increased by an additional stamp duty of 2 per centum for a consideration equal to the market-value of the property so situated.” (ေ)
ပုေ်ြေွဲ (၂) တွင်ပါရှိခသာ “The Ministry of Finance of the Union Government” ဆိုသည့် စကားရပ်ကို “The Ministry of Planning and Finance of the Union Government” ဆိုသည့် စကားရပ်မြင့်လည်းခကာင်း၊ “to the Township Development Funds” ဆိုသည့်စကားရပ်ကို “to the respective Region or State Funds” ဆိုသည့် စကားရပ်မြင့် လည်းခကာင်း အသီးသီးအစားေိုးရြည်။

မြန်ြာနိုင်ငံတံဆိပ်ခေါင်းအက်ဥပခေ ခနာက်ဆက်တွဇ ဲ ယား ၁၊ အြှတ်စဉ် (၁၅) တွင်ပါရှိခသာ
“one and a half per centum” ဆိုသည့်စကားရပ်ကို “0.5 per centum” ဆိုသည့စ ် ကားရပ်မြင့လ ် ည်းခကာင်း၊ အြှတ်စဉ် (၂၃) တွင်ပါရှိခသာ “Three per centum” ဆိုသည့စ ် ကားရပ်ကို “Two per centum”
2 ဆိုသည့် စကားရပ်မြင့်လည်းခကာင်း၊ အြှတ်စဉ် (၃၅) (ဂ) တွင်ပါရှိခသာ “kyat 600”ဆိသ ု ည့် စကားရပ်ကို “kyat 300” ဆိုသည့်စကားရပ်မြင့်လည်းခကာင်း၊ အြှတ်စဉ် (၆၂) တွင်ပါရှိခသာ “0.3 per centum” ဆိုသည့စ ် ကားရပ်ကို “0.1 per centum” ဆိုသည့်စကားရပ်မြင့်လည်းခကာင်း အသီးသီး အစားေိုးရြည်။
မပည်ခောင်စုသြ္မတမြန်ြာနိုင်ငံခတာ် ြွဲ ့စည်းပုံအခမေေံဥပခေအရ ကျွန်ုပ်လက်ြှတ်ခရးေိုးသည်။
