ပုေ်မခွဲ (၁) ်ွင်ပါရှဒိ သာ “The High Court” ဆိုသည့် စကားရပ်ကို “The High Court of the Region or the High Court of the State” ဆိုသည့် စကားရပ် ြဖင့် အစားထိးု ရမည်။
(ခ)
ပုေ်မခွဲ (၁) ်ွင်ပါရှဒိ သာ “any District Court” ဆိသ ု ည့် စကားရပ်ဒရှ့်ွင် “any Court of the Self-Administered Division or any Court of the Self-Administered Zone or” ဆိုသည့် စကားရပ်ကို ပြဖည်စ့ ွကရ ် မည်။

ပုေ်မခွဲ (၁)၊ (၂) နှင့် (၃) ်ို့်ွင်ပါရှိဒသာ “a District Court” ဆိုသည့် စကားရပ် ဒရှ့်ွင် “a Court of the Self- Administered Division or a Court of the SelfAdministered Zone or” ဆိုသည့် စကားရပ်ကို ပြဖည့်စွကရ ် မည်။

ပုေ်မခွဲ (၄) ်ွင်ပါရှဒိ သာ “the District Court” ဆိသ ု ည်စ့ ကားရပ်ဒရှ့်ွင် “the Court of the Self-Administered Division or the Court of the Self-Administered Zone or” ဆိုသည့်စကားရပ်ကို ပြဖည်စ့ ွကရ ် မည်။

ဆိုသည့်စကားရပ်ကို “the Court of the Self-Administered Division or the Court of the Self-Administered Zone or the District Court” ဆိုသည့် စကားရပ်ဖ ြ င်ွှ ့ ည်းဒကာင်း၊ “a District Court” ဆိုသည့်စကားရပ်ကို “a Court of the Self-Administered Division or a Court of the Self-Administered Zone or a District Court” ဆိသ ု ည့် စကားရပ်ဖ ြ င်ွှ ့ ည်းဒကာင်း၊

thousand kyats” ဆိုသည့် စကားရပ်ကို “not exceeding one hundred thousand kyats” ဆိုသည့်စကားရပ်ဖ ြ င့် အစားထိုးရမည်။ ၈။
