ခရစ်ယာန်ထိမ််းမမာ်းမခင််းဆိိုင်ရာအက်ဥပဒေကိို မပင်ဆင်သည့််ဥပဒေ (၂ဝ၁၇ ခိုနှစ်၊ မပည်ဒထာင်စိုလွှတ်ဒတာ်ဥပဒေအမှတ် ၂၅။) ၁၃၇၉ ခိုနှစ်၊ ဝါဒခါင်လမပည့််ဒက ာ် ၁၁ ရက် (၂ဝ၁၇ ခိုနှစ်၊ သသဂိုတ်လ ၁၈၅ ရက်) မပည်ဒထာင်စိုလွှတ်ဒတာ်သည် ဤဥပဒေကိို မပဋ္ဌာန််းလိိုက်သည်။ ၁။
ဤဥပဒေကိိုခရစ်ယာန်ထိမ််းမမာ်းမခင််းဆိိုင်ရာအက်ဥပဒေကိို မပင်ဆင်သည့််ဥပဒေ ဟိုဒခေါ်တွင်
ဒစရမည်။ ၂။
ခရစ်ယာန်ထိမ််းမမာ်းမခင််းဆိိုင်ရာအက်ဥပဒေ ပိုေ်မ ၃ တွင်ပါရှိဒသာ“Registrar-General of
Births, Deaths and Marriages” means a Registrar-General of Births, Deaths and Marriages appointed under the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act. ဆိိုသည့််စကာ်းရပ်ကိို “Registrar-General of Marriages” means a Registrar-General of Marriages appointed under this Act. ဆိိုသည့််စကာ်းရပ်မြင့်် အစာ်းထိို်းရမည်။ ၃။
ခရစ်ယာန်ထမ ိ ််းမမာ်းမခင််းဆိင ို ရ ် ာအက်ဥပဒေ ပိုေမ ် ၇ ကိို ဒအာက်ပါအတိိုင်း် အစာ်းထိို်းရမည်-
Registrar-General “7. The President of the Union shall appoint Registrar-General of of Marriages and Registrars of Marriages.
Marriages and Registrars of Marriages. The President of the Union may also appoint one or more Christians, either by name or as holding any office for the time being, to be the Registrars of Marriages.
Senior Registrar of Marriages.
Where there are more Registrars of Marriages than one in any district, the President of the Union shall appoint one of them to be the Senior Registrar of Marriages.
Judge when to be
When there is only one Registrar of Marriages in a district, and
Registrar of
such Registrar is absent from such district, or ill, or when his office

၃၆၊ ပိုေ်မ ၃၇၊ ပိုေ်မ ၅၅၊ ပိုေ်မ ၆၂၊ ပိုေ်မ ၇၈ နှင့်် ပိုေ်မ ၇၉ တိတ ို့် ွင်ပါရှိဒသာ “Registrar-General of Births, Deaths and Marriages” ဆိိုသည့််စကာ်းရပ်ကိို “Registrar-General of Marriages” ဆိိုသည့််စကာ်းရပ်မြင့်် အစာ်းထိို်းရမည်။ ၆။
ခရစ်ယာန်ထိမ််းမမာ်းမခင််းဆိိုင်ရာအက်ဥပဒေ ပိုေ်မ ၆၀၊ ပိုေ်မခွွဲ (၁) တွင်ပါရှိဒသာ “exceed
thirteen years” ဆိိုသည့််စကာ်းရပ်ကိို “exceed fifteen years” ဆိိုသည့််စကာ်းရပ်မြင့်် အစာ်းထိို်း ရမည်။ ၇။
ခရစ်ယာန်ထိမ််းမမာ်းမခင််းဆိိုင်ရာအက်ဥပဒေ ပိုေ်မ ၆၁ တွင်ပါရှိဒသာ “a fee of four annas”
ဆိိုသည့််စကာ်းရပ်ကိို “a fee of one thousand kyats” ဆိိုသည့််စကာ်းရပ်မြင့်် အစာ်းထိို်းရမည်။ ၈။
ခရစ်ယာန်ထိမ််းမမာ်းမခင််းဆိိုင်ရာအက်ဥပဒေ ပိုေ်မ ၆၈ ကိို ဒအာက်ပါအတိိုင််းအစာ်းထိို်းရမည်-

မပည်ဒထာင်စိုသမမတမမန်မာနိိုင်ငံဒတာ် ြွွဲ့်စည််းပိုံအဒမခခံဥပဒေအရ ကျွန်ိုပ်လက်မှတ်ဒရ်းထိို်းသည်။
